We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU consumer law, with specific conditions applicable to digital goods.
Because we sell digital products (game activation keys), the right of withdrawal applies only if the digital content has not yet been accessed or revealed.
Eligibility for a Refund
You are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase only if:
- The game key has not been revealed, activated, or used
- The product remains in its original, unrevealed state
- You can provide proof of purchase (order number)
Once a game key has been revealed, it is considered used digital content and cannot be returned or refunded, as access to the digital product has already been granted.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info (at) gamestrix.com within 14 days of purchase.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The product name
- Confirmation that the key has not been revealed
If your request is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
Important Notice About Digital Content
By purchasing a digital product from GAMESTRIX, you acknowledge that:
- Delivery of digital content may begin immediately after purchase
- Once a game key is revealed, your right of withdrawal is lost, as permitted under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not possible for:
- Revealed or used game keys
- Regional restrictions of the game keys
Defective or Invalid Keys
If your key does not work, is invalid, or cannot be activated as described, please contact info (at) gamestrix.com immediately. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.
Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Banks and payment providers may take additional time to post the refund
